Receiving defective, sub-grade, or damaged material thousands of miles away across international waters is a nightmare scenario for any B2B importer. At Hasoon General Trading, our fundamental operating philosophy is that quality control occurs at the origin factory, not after cargo reaches Dubai or Jeddah.
We deploy certified metallurgical engineers and third-party lab inspectors (including SGS, Bureau Veritas, and Intertek when specified) to conduct batch sampling, dimensional analysis, tensile stress evaluations, and chemical purity verifications.
Category Testing Protocols:
- Building Materials: Tensile yield strength, elongation percentage, chemical composition (carbon & manganese ratio) conforming to ASTM A36 / Grade 50 and BS EN standards.
- Agro-Chemicals & Fumigants: Active ingredient percentage verification (e.g. 56% Aluminum Phosphide), gas release rate, and hermetic packaging seal testing.
- Agricultural Spices & Rice: Moisture content, bulk density (550 G/L for black pepper), foreign matter screening, and pesticide residue limits.
- Industrial Lubricants: Kinematic viscosity at 40°C/100°C, flash point, dropping point, and water washout resistance.
